Business Mail is the professional Clolytic service, powered by the Qbox platform. It includes two core functionalities: Business Mail Box and Business Mail Delivery. Business Mail Box: A powerful and secure email hosting service with features such as advanced antispam, virus protection, IMAP/POP3 access, and an intuitive administration console. Business Mail Delivery: A specialized service for reliably sending large volumes of transactional and promotional emails via the SMTP protocol.

How does Business Mail Box work?

The Business Mail Box service allows you to easily create and manage personalized email boxes with your domain, access emails from any device, and use an intuitive user interface to manage emails and distribution lists.

Can I manage and send promotional and transactional emails in large volumes?

Yes, with Business Mail Delivery, you can send large volumes of emails efficiently and reliably, optimize delivery thanks to a dedicated SMTP engine, monitor performance, and manage IP addresses.

Can I recover an email deleted by mistake?

Yes, you can archive and access emails sent within the last 7 days and recover them independently using the Mail Time Machine feature.

How can I migrate all my email accounts?

The Business Mail Box control panel provides a powerful system for migrating mailboxes from your old server to the new one. Simply upload a CSV file consisting of two fields – "email address" and "password" – and specify the IP address of the source server. The control panel will handle the account creation and data transfer. Please note that IMAP access must be enabled on the old server for the import to work.

Is there a cost for email aliases?

No, only active mailboxes are billed. Both Email Aliases and Alias Domains (additional domains) are free of charge. However, customers are required to maintain a 10-to-1 ratio (10 Email Aliases for each active account and 10 Alias Domains for each real domain created).

What is the maximum size for mail?

The current maximum size allowed per attachment is 25MB.

What are your hours of support?

Support for other issues is available 9am to 6pm Bulgarian time (UTC+3), business days. CLOLYTIC may act on support requests outside of these hours, at its discretion.

How much email storage per user comes with an email account?

Business Mail provides a standard 8 GB mailbox size with upgrades available up to 50 GB, eliminating the need for users to have to worry about dealing with large attachments or mailbox size restrictions.
